FAQ 1002: 401(a)(4) Error #9

Problem: I am not sure how to determine what these errors mean. The participant listed is a HCE due to family attribution but is not being maximized in the calculation.

Solution: Error #9 with a name listed, in the White Calculations window indicates a date issue with the participant - DOE, JOHN. Is this person missing a DOB?
