FAQ 158: ADP--ATM forfeitures in daily plan

Problem: What is the best way to process attributed match forfeitures for a plan on DVDirect? All I need to do is transfer $x (and corresponding shares) from each participant's match source to the forfeiture account, without creating a sell or buy trade.

Solution: Create transaction type 34s (Amount Forfeited) for affected particpants for the source/fund combinations, and corresponding type 3s (Transfer In) to the forfeiture employee that match the type 34s.
