FAQ 450: 401a4--Verifying an APR of UP-84 age 65

Problem: Is there a way to go into ASC and verify/confirm the factor used for a specific annuity table? I am specifically interested in the factor for the UP-84 table.

Solution: Yes, the steps are in the 401(a)(4) documentation in the Appendix, 2 pages from the back of the doc. It is under Access-Table Maintenance and then either View-General-Calc Annuity Rates or just select "Calc Annuity Rates" if using the Tree View.
