FAQ 64: ADP--Missing participants

Problem:

We are printing the ADP/ACP test and there are quite a few participants being excluded from the ADP test that shouldn't be. What do we have coded incorrectly?

Solution:

There are 3 reasons why an employee may not appear on the ADP or ACP test:
1) They do not meet the allocation requirements coded in the source specs in terms of status code and hours. For example, if source 1 has groups 34678 and 1 hour coded, and source 3 has groups 34 and 1000 hours coded, anyone that does not have one of the corresponding status codes or enough hours to meet the requirement will be excluded from the particular test.
2) They have a termination date that is prior to the beginning of the plan year.
3) They have an entry date that is after the end of the plan year.
