FAQ 74: ADP--Disaggregation not including eligible employees

Problem: I can't figure out why, when I run the ADP using statutory exclusions the test lists several people as otherwise excludable. Each would have a year of service and enter 7-1-04 under "normal" 1 year of service, dual entry dates.

Solution: Change the setting "Anniversary Hours Provided" in the plan specs (primary eligibility screen) to "No". This field has a specific meaning, and requires hours data in the "Aniv Hours" field in the employee record. It was created for those clients that track hours from date of employment to anniversary of employment, instead of on a plan year basis. The system was reading this field and assuming that the employees didn't have 1000 hours.
