FAQ 27: Error 403 Cannot put employee message importing data

Problem: I was importing a census using the Variable Import wizard and it stopped in the middle and gave me the following message: "Error 403: Cannot put EE: cannot put record; status = 19", then "Script execution error 14, ee data item update, error for item =NAME at line #347"

Solution: This message occurs when there is some "corruption" in the employee file of the case. It is unrelated to the import specifically - but to adding or updating a certain employee. The "fix" is to make a Standard copy of the plan using File-Copy Plan (then choose Standard Copy, not Quick Copy). This cleans up the database and should eliminate this error. Once you do this, try importing again.
