FAQ 361: Statements--Dates of termination not printing on statements


In Reports, Employee Statements I have the Printing Options set as: Terminated Participants (checked), Termination Dates (checked). I have several terminated employees with dates of termination (and account balances, activity, etc.), but their dates of termination will not print on the statements. I have tried Expanded and Non-expanded statement formats, but neither will display dates of termination when that option is checked.


In addition to checking the "Terminated Participants" and "Termination Dates" boxes, you need to check the "Dates/Insurance at Bottom of Certificate" option to get those dates to print.
