FAQ 485: Reports--Investment Summary report missing some employees


When I print the Schedule of Investment Accounts (from Reports-Valuation-401(k)) it does an odd thing. It skips three employees with positive account balances. They clearly have balances in their accounts, which can be seen by going to each of them and looking at their Account Values screens. Plus, I printed account statements from Reports-Reporter, and they appear there with correct balances.


These participants are all terminees, so with the current coding, they would appear on the report "Status of Terminated Participants". If you would like them to appear on the Investment Summary report, go to the Group Definition (GROUPDEF) screen in the plan specs and code the Groups on ACTIVE Reports field as "ALL" (currently it says "34AB"). Then if you save the specs and re-print your report, all participants should appear on that report.
