FAQ 534: Eligibility--2 years of service based on hire or plan year?

Problem: On plans where this is the service requirement for entry, does ASC look at employment year or plan year for the second year? I cannot find this in the manual. Thanks!

Solution: When eligibility is set to 2 years, we look at the employee anniversary years for the first 2 years and if eligibility is not meet, then the system reverts back to plan years.
