FAQ 681: Statements--Printing addresses on statements

Problem: I am working on a plan that wants the participant address to show on the statements. Is there a statement that does this?

Solution: The Universal 401(k) employee statement prints the address (Reports - Employee Statements - Universal 401(k)). Check the "Participant Address" option.
