FAQ 969: Reports--Employee Census report Age Illustration -- AA Attained Age computation

Problem: We noticed that the attained age rounds up to the next year on the employee census report. Is that correct?

Solution: ASC computes Attained Age, Age Nearest and Age Last Birthday as of the Valuation Date that is coded in the Plan Specs ID screen. The system is linked to the coding in the Plan specs-Assumptions-PROJECT Projection Assumptions screen. You can produce alternative reports illustrating different AA by making changes to this field in Plan Specs. I think most people use Age Last Birthday.
