FAQ 802: When trying to add a new daily plan to the master case list, get warning that case is not the primary case

Problem:

When trying to add a new daily valued plan to the master case list, I get the following warning "This case is not coded as the primary case". What does this mean and how do I correct it?


Solution:

Assuming that particular plan is the live daily plan that you want added to the master case list, go into the Corporate Information (CORPORAT) screen in the plan specs and change the Primary Plan field to "Yes". Then save the specs and try adding the plan again. That warning is out there so that users do not add multiple versions of a single plan to the master case list.
