| FAQ 1116: Gemini Login Investment Advisor Additional Access |
I setup an Advisor with access to his book of business on Gemini but when he goes to ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES-DOCUMENT AND REPORTS DOWNLOAD, we are getting the following error message:
"Server file path and/or sub-path does not exist"
Any ideas as to why?
Did you create a subfolder under \ASC\User\Sponsor\ for the Advisor ID?
No. Once Anna created the folder, the Advisor download worked.
