FAQ 2146: Gemini Public Folder Access for All Sponsors

Problem: I seem to recall there is a way to have something appear in ALL client folders (like a fee schedule or memo)

Solution: Yes there is a way that you can have a folder for all clients to see documentation. You want to make sure that in your ASC\USER\SPONSOR folder that you have a folder called PUBLIC. It should already be there. Once you insert the files, when a Sponsor logs into Gemini, they will need to go to Administrative Services-Download-General Information and the files are going to be posted there. This folder, every sponsor will have access to so be careful which files are posted in this specific folder.
