Your account is currently not available.
Most commonly this is related to installing an update or patch file. Here are steps to resolve:
1. Run IISRESET on the webserver
2. Confirm that Gemini Access is turned on. From main ASC menu - Systems/Gemini/ASCVal.
3. Verify that the Gemini Host site has connection to your webserver. Login to ASC's Client Support Center and access Billing/Gemini Billing/Server Outages. Set the start date to one year ago and click "Submit". Does the most recent Status show an up or down?
4. Discuss with your IT Dept about any recent changes .
