How would I accomplish this? It appears that there are only 10 groups allowed.
Yes - there are only 10 groups in the standard Source 2 tiered allocation. We have a wizard that can be used to allocate a coded percent to up to 30 groups using their location code - if you wanted that. What we usually find, however, is that although the doc may define 17 groups, there are really only 6 or 7 different allocation percents among those - so they can be coded in the same tier group in ASC.
