FAQ 1122: Another Instance of PensionPal is Running

Problem: I received this message when trying to open PensionPal. --------------------------- Another instance of PensionPal is open. Do you want to open another instance of the program? --------------------------- Yes No ---------------------------

Solution: 1. Right click on the taskbar and select Task Manager to open your Task Manager 2. Close any PensionPal programs that are currently running. 3. Open PensionPal from the shortcut on your desktop afterwards.
