FAQ 208: Budget--Contribution in employee records does not match total budget number

Problem: Why is the contribution amount field populated with a much larger number, 86,481.76, than the one actually used in the budget routine, 63,740.88?

Solution: This is an oddity with the budget. As it is searching for the best contribution, it is stored in this field. This is higher because of the excess 415 that is not allocated to participants, but in suspense. The budget has to work with the total number.
