FAQ 24: ADP--Deferrals on test do not match valuation report deferrals

Problem: The valuation report shows the correct deferrals, but incorrect deferrals are showing up on the ADP test. Where can I look to fix my problem?

Solution: The ADP test gets its figures from the Contributions (CONTRIB) screen in the employee record, so make sure that the deferrals in this screen are correct. You can do this by importing the deferrals from a file directly to the CONTRIB screen. If the deferrals on the Account Values screens (where the valuation report gets its numbers from) are correct, you may also be able to copy them from those fields to the Contributions screen, assuming that you are only using a single fund.
