FAQ 26: ADP--Test not including one employee

Problem: Why isn't a specific participant included in the ADP test?

Solution: Below are some reasons why a person might not be included in the ADP test: 1) Source specs (Source 1 for ADP) are not coded correctly for the groups eligible and hours required for a contribution. 2) The "Include Status Codes for ADP" field is not coded correctly on the ADP/ACP setup screen. 3) The employee has a date of entry that is after the end of the plan year. 4) The employee has a termination date that is prior to the beginning of the plan year (without a rehire date input).
