FAQ 285: ADP--Vesting for ACP returns

Problem: My ACP test is showing all of the ACP return as a forfeiture, when part of it is vested for the participant. I've input the vesting percent in the "Source Vesting" column on the right hand side of the Vesting screen in the employee record, but it is not working.

Solution: You need to enter the vesting percent in the Current "Primary Vesting" field. If the plan was top heavy, it would need to be entered in the Current "Top-Heavy Vesting" field. This is where the ACP test will read the vesting percent.
