FAQ 31: ADP--QNEC divide by zero error

Problem: Leave of absence employee coded as "I" (group 5), with zero pay, causes QNEC calculation to give divide by zero error.

Solution: Make sure Group 5 (status I on the GROUPDEF screen in general plan specs) is *not* in the "Contrib: Groups Elig." field in the QNEC source specs, and that you are not entering status code I in the ADP setup as one of the codes eligible for a QNEC.
