FAQ 406: 410b--401m/Other 401k using source 4 is printing N/A for the ratio percentage

Problem: When the 410(b) 401m/Other 401(k) test is run and the safe harbor source is selected, the ratio percentage shows N/A.

Solution: The programming for the 401(m)/Other 401(k) version of the test requires that the source is coded as a match or has a "EE Pre-Tax" or "401(k) Roth" Source Type for the test to determine benefiting. If you go to Source 4 and code the Contribution Allocation Method as "5-Calculate Match", it should print the ratio percentage.
