FAQ 524: Match Verification--Not showing variances |
Problem: If we do not select "Print all employees regardless of variance", the report prints and says there are no variances. However, if we do select "Print all employees regardless of variance", there are participants with variances, and one of them exceeds $500. How do we get the report to show just employees with a match variance? |
Solution: New program changes require you to check the box that says "Reduce match on overpayment" or "Increase match on underpayment" for variances to show on the Match Verification report. It will not save reductions or increases to the employee record unless you check the "Save variance adjustments" box below the reduce/increase options. |
