FAQ 538: 401a4--ABPT not passing but ABT shows as passed

Problem: THis is a 401k plan with a cross tested profit sharing allocation. The ABPT (which includes all sources) fails, the general test using ABT (just cross tested PSP) passes. Is this correct?

Solution: If the ABT passes with a ratio percentage of greater than 70% (it is 100% in this instance), then the entire a4 test passes, despite the ABPT failure.
