FAQ 68: ADP--Terminated employee isn't showing on ADP test

Problem: A terminated employee is missing from ADP test. Why?

Solution: Go to the source 1 (deferral) specs and check the coding in the "Contrib: Groups Elig." and "Hours" fields. If this screen is coded as "34" and "1000" hours, only active statuses (A, B, and C), and those with over 1000 hours will be included. To include terminated employees, change the Contrib: Groups Elig. field to "34678" and the Hours field to "1" hour.
