FAQ 709: ADP--Disaggregation-Statutory minimum group determination

Problem: How is the system calculating those in the statutorily excludable group? Can I manually change a participant in this group?

Solution: You cannot override this indicator, but must get the supporting data accurate. It is reading date of birth, date of hire, and historical hours to see if they ever had 1000 hours. It also reads rehire date and entry date if they are rehired employees.
