FAQ 737: ADP--First plan year-Where is the "deemed 3%" option?

Problem: When performing the ADP test, where is the "deemed 3%" box? I need to have the system use 3% for the first year ADP and ACP percents, rather than calculate the actual current year percents.

Solution: Uncheck the "First PYE: Use Calc Pct" box and the system will revert to the 3%. This question is only enabled if the system determines that it is the first plan year based on the Valuation Date and the Plan Effective date.
