FAQ 938: Budget -- Errors 352 FBPCTXCS, OBPCTOFF, UBPCTCMP, UBPCTXCS

Problem: We did the recent ASC update last week and are getting these errors (see below) when running the budget routine.

Solution: Evidently this plan was at one time coded for a Target Benefit in Source 2. You will need to go to Source 2 and Turn on the Allocation method for 9-Target Benefit (SAVE PLAN SPECS and exit and reenter) and then go to the Target Benefit Folder below Assumptions in Plan Specs and clear/fix each screen. Then save the Specs and return Source 2 to the correct allocation method. You can check the Data Checks under the Main ASC menu-Utilities-Data Checks-Plan Specs. These ITEMNAMES are related to Target Benefit Plans: FLATBEN screen, Pct of Comp is FBPCTXCS, OFFBENF screen, Pct of Pay OBPCTOFF, UNITBENF screen, Pct of Pay UBPCTCMP and Pct of Excess UBPCTXCS.
