FAQ 1120: Error 1010 - Cannot Open Contribution Table

Solution: Hello Jesse, Most likely this is due to a Source between 4-20 that is coded to use a contribution table formula, but there is no table existed. You would need to go to that Source and change the allocation method to 2- On Compensation. If you send over the portable copy of the plan I can take a look at it real quick.
