FAQ 13: ESOP--Employee statement available with activity broken down in shares?

Problem: We have an ESOP plan which we are operating using share accounting. We are currently using a certificate format that only shows shares in the Investment Summary at the bottom of the certificate. Is there something available that would show shares for beginning balance, contribution, forfeitures, and transfers along with the ending balance?

Solution: Print the Units certificate found under Reports-Employee Statements-Units and choose either the "Reconciliation by Investment" or "No Summary" option in the lower left (but not the "Share Summary" option).
