FAQ 19: Grid--Input/edit values in one column in a grid

Problem: I set up a grid and I am now unable to enter a number in the last column ($CTBFUND(1;1)). What is my problem?

Solution: The reason that you cannot input a number in the last column is because that column is displaying the result of a formula. Any of the items on the VALUE screens that start with a dollar sign are formulas, rather than individual fields that can be edited. Edit the grid and change that column to an item like VLCURCTB (i.e. the Current Contribution field on the Account Values screen) for source 1 and fund 1 and you will be able to view and edit the number.
