FAQ 2168: ASSETS - export for all plans?

Problem: Can all of the assets for all or many plans be exported?

Solution: Yes, as long as assets exist in the ASSETS screen. If the ASSETS are input to a plan, using Ascript-Export they can be exported to a file. This makes sense for multiple plans but not single plans since you are able to extract the assets to a file from Reports-Other - Trust Reconciliation... To export multiple plans, build the VXF from Ascript-Export with no plans opened and create multiple exports of ending balance per asset field (which are equivalent to Funds up to 99). After exporting the columns will need to be accumulated outside of ASC to get totals per plan and for the entirety of the exported disk or plans.
