FAQ 361: Statements--Dates of termination not printing on statements

Problem: In Reports, Employee Statements I have the Printing Options set as: Terminated Participants (checked), Termination Dates (checked). I have several terminated employees with dates of termination (and account balances, activity, etc.), but their dates of termination will not print on the statements. I have tried Expanded and Non-expanded statement formats, but neither will display dates of termination when that option is checked.

Solution: In addition to checking the "Terminated Participants" and "Termination Dates" boxes, you need to check the "Dates/Insurance at Bottom of Certificate" option to get those dates to print.
