FAQ 511: Error 1002 Importer or Ascript Cannot get entry message importing addresses

Problem: Error upon Importer scan file or Importing data

Solution: One of the address lines is longer than 38 characters. The address field is limited to 38 characters. Scan your file, it may be erring on the last record. The file could be missing the carriage return/line feed on the last line. Open the file in Notepad, put the cursor at the very end of the last line, and hit <Enter>. Then save the file and try again.
