FAQ 575: Error 33 adding new DV plan

Problem: Problem adding new plan to Daily Valuation Case list.Message: Error 33 entering this case into the case list. Contact ASC !!

Solution: Error 33 (NDM 33) indicates "write is not allowed (file opened in read-only mode)". Pervasive Monitor does not indicate anyone else has this file opened. Reviewed file using Pervasive Utility - Show Information; the file version indicates 4.0. The client just upgraded to Pervasive 9 and this file is pre-V6. Walked through Pervasive Utilitiy to Rebuild the file - x:\NDM\Mfcase.dat. This resolved the problem.
