FAQ 2166: Actuary Name and Enrollment Number

Problem: How do I edit or add the Actuary and enrollment number displayed on the Actuarial Certification and AFTAP reports?

Solution: Up to 75 actuaries and their enrollment numbers can be added to the ASC System. To add or edit the actuaries and their enrollment numbers: 1. From the ASC Main Menu, select Utilities > ASC System... 2. In the ASCUTIL window that opens, select View > Client Information 3. To include more than three actuaries, click Addtl Actuaries 4. Click OK to save changes In the Plan Specifications \ General \ Definitions \ CORPORAT screen, select an actuary input in the Client Information window in the Actuary field to have their name and enrollment number displayed on the PPA Actuarial Certification, FASB Actuarial Certification, and AFTAP reports. Select an Actuary 2 to have a second actuary displayed on the PPA and FASB Actuarial Certification reports.
