FAQ 1092: Account unavailable when editing Employee List page (census)

Problem:

A sponsor is trying to edit employee data on the Employee List page, and receives an error that the account is unavailable.


Solution:

This is unusual, relates to a file that is no longer used, and is temporary.

In the meantime: If the Gemini error log shows the following: Error= 1010:Msg=PendingTrans:Cannot open file: Catalog:Cannot get File Name from File Title: File Title not found: Title=DV PENDING TRANSACTIONS.

• Access DV Viewer (Systems, View File)
• Select the Pending Transaction File
The file will be created and should resolve the error.
