FAQ 1118: Adding new Plan with Existing Plan and/or Contract Number

Problem:

I'm struggling with Gemini access for this plan. I don't see the plan listed under the Master Case File but when I try to add, it indicates that it already exists.


Solution:

The best way to identify if the contract number is already used is to go to the main ASC window and under Access-Global Specifications, open the Master Case File.

Under Options, go to Order of Presentation


Make sure under Master Case List Order, choose Contract Number



From there, the Master Case file will be in order and you can check and see if the contract number has already existed or not.
