FAQ 2151: Invesment Advisor Access to Multiple Plans

Problem:

I setup an advisor with Gemini and added the same Gemini # to each ASC case.

How can I get them to be able to see all their clients documents? Right now they just see empty My Document folders.



Solution:

First, check the Gemini Customization page under Administration-Settings and currently for Investment Advisors it is setup as “Do Not Show” for Participant Update and the Plan Sponsor folder. Switch to “Show Plan Sponsor Folder” and that should be able to give them access to the My Documents Folder.


Also for each of their plans, you will need to make sure you are using the same Login and Password for each plan for them to access multiple plans. Once you do so, you will need to refresh the Master Census File.
