FAQ 2167: Error generating the XML document

Problem:

When our plan sponsor clicks on participant reports, employee information the get an error "Your account is currently not available". You can see the list under eligible employees.


Solution:

The issue stems from the plan itself that the Expanded Locations is set to No.


What you will need to do is go to the specific plan and in the Main ASU menu, go to Utilities-Change Structure-Expanded Locations

If you by any chance have Locations setup for this plan, click the magnifying glass and highlight the table. Click Ok and Click Ok again. This should fix the issue you were having with the Gemini Web page.
