Problem: Can you tell me the different access to Gemini associated with each login Plan Sponsor Investment Professional Payroll Professional Third Party Professional I seem to recall they offer different levels of access.

Solution: • Plan Sponsor - unlimited access to all available pre-defined menus. This includes various plan-level reports. It also includes participant census information and participant account information, as well as the ability to make changes on participant accounts. • Investment Professional - basically the same as Plan Sponsor, except changing participant account information is optionally suppressed. • Payroll Processor - has limited options, mostly related to upload of payroll and census information. PP doesn't include any access to plan financial information. • Third Party Professional - same access as Plan Sponsor. The TTP login could be used if another TPA outsourced plans to another company to access info. Or, you can use it to access all of your plans on Gemini. The ability to use Gemini's functionality for secure file uploads and downloads remains the same for all of these logins.
