FAQ 2199: Log on Error - Access to Account Temporarily Denied |
Problem: One of our clients is trying to access the Gemini Web Portal but is receiving the following error message.. Log on ID 101-xx-xxxx access to account temporarily denied. |
Solution: For the specific plan, go to the PLANSPEC screen and go to General-Daily Valuation-DAILYVRU and make sure the VRU Code is set to “1 - VRU Files” and Gemini Code to “Y - Yes” If by any chance it is a DB plan, go to the PLANSPEC screen and go to General-Definitions-GEMINIID Carlos Carrero, QKA® DC Support Specialist |
