FAQ 151: Global participant search by SSN or Name

Problem: Is there a way to search for a participant by social security in all plans on ASC without opening up each plan and searching?

Solution: Without opening a plan, go to Reports-Other-Locate Employees. Enter the employee name or Social Security Number you are looking for. Click on Batch Selection to refine your criteria for the libraries and plans to search.
