FAQ 390: Error = 901: Msg = Dictionary Error: File not found: dictffdh when opening ASC after patch file

Problem: I installed the update and the system patch. I get the following error when I try to open the Windows version. Error = 901: Msg = Dictionary Error: Load Open Error: Procedure = Open: Error = Path or file not found:Name=\\gulfstream\appl2\ASC\DICTION\dictffdh

Solution: This error occurs when the patch file and/or the update did not fully get installed. Reinstall both the system update and the patch file, being careful to note any errors that show up during the reinstall. If the problem persists, email support back to get a clean copy of the dictffdh file.
