Solution: Go to Access-Global Specifications -Select Plan Library at the bottom of the menu. A list of plans in disk/plan number order will appear. -Scroll or page down until you get to the first plan on your list. If you go too far you can arrow back up the list. -Click on the line for the plan you want to delete and then go to Edit-Delete on the Global Specs menu. This deletes the entry. You can't undo this so make sure you are on the right line. -Repeat the process until all the plan(s) you are trying to remove are deleted then click OK to close Plan Library. Next, -Select Catalog on the menu. A list of files in alphabetical order will appear. This utility shows more than just the plan file entries. -Scroll or page down until you get to the first plan on your list. If your plan is on D12 and is number 276, then you are looking for D120276. -Click on the line for the plan you want to delete then go to Edit-Modify (not Delete) from the Global Specs menu. A Modify Catalog window will appear. -Click on the magnifying glass next to File Name and a separate window with plan files will appear. If no files show in this window then just cancel otherwise highlight the files, click on the delete key on your keyboard which will delete the files. Then click cancel to return to the Modify Catalog window. -Click on the delete key at the bottom of the Modify Catalog window to delete the Catalog entry for this plan. -Repeat the process until all the plans you are trying to remove are deleted then click OK to close Catalog -Exit from Global Specifications. |
