FAQ 1060: Grids - Error 53 file not found

Problem: I'm receiving the following message while trying to access Grids in Employee Screen. An error occurred while showing a grid. Close the current window, if needed. Then try again. You may need to exit the system and restart. The error number and description is: 53 File not found

Solution: User did not have permissions to access the ASC/User Drive.
