FAQ 2143: Error #5 on Menu and Disconnect from Current or New Plan

Problem:

When invoking the menus from the Quick Icons, I get an error #5 and then sometimes I see the previous plan instead of the new plan I switched to, open. For example, I had plan 1 open, invoked EE menu with the icon, received an error #5 and then I switched to plan 2 but the EE menu stuck with plan 1 ees.


Solution:

This is because the quick icon is being double clicked or clicked more than once. Invoking a menu requires only 1 click and if the menu is being opened for the first time, wait for it to open without clicking multiple times as this causes the error #5 and "breaks" the link to the system - this is the reason why you see the old plan in EE menu that received the error #5.
