Solution: This sort of message means the system has been compromised and must be closed and restarted. Use Task List under the Windows desktop and end the session/remove the “stuck” windows. Restart ASC, but its important to be patient and double click the icon only once, waiting for the opening of the system, to avoid multiple attempts to open the system. Allow all 3 menus (ASC, Plan Spec, and Employee) to open safely. Then when working, do not close menus with the Windows “X”. Instead use the minimize button and allow menus to remain open until you are completely done with the ASC session. When closing a menu, the system will continue to operate but it will not allow you to reopen that menu in the same session, it will require a complete closure of all ASC, and a restart of ASC to get the menus to open again. |
