FAQ 2229: DGEM Form 5330

Problem: What are the steps for preparing a Form 5330 on the DGEM 5500 System?

Solution: DGEM allows users to prepare Form 5330 for either paper or electronic filing. For tax years ending December 31, 2025, the IRS has waived the electronic filing requirement for all taxpayers. Electronic filing is still available, but it is not required. Form 5330s being filed on paper are included as part of your existing 5500 product. Form 5330 electronic features to file with the with the IRS MeF System is an additional subscription. Contact Support@asc-net.com for subscription details.
